my printer will print a test page.  However I can't print anything from my PC.  It has worked fine for the last year- i'm using windows 10 (no changes to my pc, operating system or printer that I'm aware of)....Help!!! I need to be able to print something today !  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, I've tried HP support...Not sure what else to do.  Thank you !

  • What is the exact model for your printer?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
