I have done all the resets. Printer shows busy so won't upload firmware update.

@GD_1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • Do you have any blinking lights or errors on the printer?
  • Are you using HP ink cartridges?
  • Did you check if the old ink cartridges are recognized by the printer?

For now, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
