Hi @Chelsear229 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Envy 6000e printer that won't turn on, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check the Power Cable and Outlet: Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the printer and the electrical outlet. Test the outlet with another device to make sure it's working properly.

Try a Different Power Outlet: Plug the printer into a different electrical outlet to rule out a potential issue with the outlet.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Unplug the printer from the power outlet.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and try turning it on.

Inspect the Power Button: Make sure the power button is not stuck or damaged.

Reset the Printer: If your printer has a reset option, refer to the manual for how to reset it. Sometimes, a reset can resolve power-related issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
