I bought this printer in Canada and everything was working fine. When I moved back to the UK i could not change my account location so was told to cancel account and start a new one. Now the printer is installed i keep getting invalid cartridge error messages. These cartridges were bought directly from

Hi SilverbackRf,

 

Is your printer model the HP OfficeJet 8010 series? It might be related to regionalization since North America 8010 series use the 910 Cartridge and EMEA countries uses 912 Cartridge for 8010 series and it might not work if the printer region is Canada.
