i havent printed for about 1.5 years and my black ink is mainly full. i did a clean printhead scan several times and i took oout the ink cartridge and clean the head part, re did the clean printhead scan again and still prints very VERY faded, any tips?

I understand you are facing a cartridge error.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
