Product: HP Officejet 6812 e-All-in-One Printer

I have new HP 931 and 935 ink in my HP Officejet 6812 all in one printer and for some reason any time that I go to print something the ink does not show up on the paper. Then I get a message on the screen saying that I need to make sure that the paper is not previously used and to clean the printer head. Even after multiple new pieces of paper and cleaning the printer head it still will not print. I have even tried unplugging and plugging it back in and still nothing!!!! Please help!!!! I need to be able to print papers off to prepare for the next week with students. 😞
