Hi @Satts9,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer is printing blank pages even after cleaning the printhead, try the following steps.

  • Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the ink cartridges have sufficient ink.
  • Reinstall the Cartridges: Remove and reinstall the ink cartridges to ensure proper seating.
  • Run Printhead Cleaning Again: Sometimes multiple cleanings are needed.
  • Print a Diagnostic Page: Check for any errors or issues.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer firmware is up-to-date.
  • Align the Printhead: Use your printer's software to align the printhead.
  • Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.

If the issue persists, consider replacing the ink cartridges, as they may be faulty.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thank you so much for the reply I have completed all of the above tasks with the exception of changing the cartridges I will do this later and let you know the printer is not used that often and both cartridges are full but maybe they have dried out .

thanks
