Product: HP ENVY 6452e All-in-One Printer

I just purchased this printer two weeks ago. The warranty expired Feb 2023. I cannot get it to print. It says there is a cartridge issue, but I have cleaned, changed, etc. It still will not print. Also, I cannot TALK to anyone to help me figure this out. Frustrated.
