HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

My question is that I donated my printer to my church but I told them I would continue to supply the ink, so I continue to pay for the monthly subscription, but the printer is at a different location. Is that an issue? Do I need to contact the customer service or is it ok to continue subscription as is. Not sure. Once I get the ink I do bring it to the church. I have not received one recently. Which is what stirred up the curiosity because not sure if because the computer is registered under my address it is not registering the pages printed?

Can anyone help. I know it is a peculiar situation.

The printer is connected to the internet at the new location, and they are able to use it for printing? When you log in to your account, you can see the printer as connected and it's ink level?
