My OfficeJet Pro 7740 printer would not turn on last Friday. I chatted with HP chat to troubleshoot. After awhile, they decided to send me a replacement. I received that today. Unfortunately, they want me to exchange the printhead and cartridges from original to replacement printer. HOW DO I DO THIS IF THE PRINTER WON'T TURN ON????????????? I can't get to the printhead to "squeeze and lift out" as I was instructed by the handy instructions. HP support appears to be down so I can't get any help. Can someone out there tell me how to move the printhead to middle so I can lift it out?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Please convey the same to them and they should be able to send you a printhead with cartridges for your replacement unit.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!
