HP OfficeJet 8012 All-in-One Printer

Hello all, I have tried to contact support and complain but unfortunately every link leads to an "Error 404, We're sorry. We can't seem to find the page you were looking for." page which just makes me even more frustrated in this situation. I've been subscribed to HP Instant Ink since getting my printer in 2021, and it's obviously too expensive, but I remained a subscriber regardless. More recently I was getting loads of issues with what I thought was the printhead, but turns out it was just the rubbish ink cartridge from Instant Ink. All the text was blurry, missing lines etc - not good enough for printing packing labels. I bought a store-bought one, one of the XL version from Amazon and it completely solved the problem to my surprise and so I've wasted £35.00 on this new cartridge, and also bought a cleaning kit that I don't need. Annoyingly, I have also wasted so much ink printing the annoying alignment pages, fix smudges, fix printhead. However, HP loves sending reminders when I have installed a cartridge outside their precious plan!
