@Neecer, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're dealing with a frustrating issue. The printhead error message 0xc19a0035 on your HP Officejet Pro 6830 usually indicates a problem that might require more than just cleaning the printhead. Here are a few steps you can try:

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check the Ink Cartridges:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and that they are not empty or damaged.
  • Sometimes, removing and then reinserting the cartridges can help.

Clean the Printhead Manually:

  • If the automatic cleaning doesn't work, you might need to clean the printhead manually. You can find instructions for this in the printer's user manual or on the HP support website.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates on the HP support website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
