Printhead is operating but nothing prints. All ink cartridges are full. Ran a print test, nothing prInts

I understand that you are having issues with printing. 

 

Perform the steps from the mentioned documents below. 

 

HP printer prints blank pages

No black ink, wrong colors, or other print quality issues
Update the firmware. Click here
