Printhead on Office jet 6962

I have a office jet 6962 all in one printer.  Ordered a new printer head which came with a sheet telling me how to change the printhead.  Only problem is step b tells me to lift the leaver and remove the printhead.  Big problem there is no leaver on the printer to lift.  My questions is how do I remove the old printhead?

Tell me to lift latch on printhead.  There is no latch to lift.  Other says to take cover off and I can not get the screws to move so that does not work.
