Printhead problem

Hi! I would like to ask po what to do if my printer, HP smart tank 580 series, ndicates it has printhead problems. Tried to clean it just like the HP video on YouTube suggested, but it still stay the way it is. 

If I’ll change the printhead, What type of printheads are compatible for HP smart tank 580 series.

Before replacing the printheads, there are a few other quick checks and deep-cleaning options to consider:

• Deep Cleaning/Level 2 & 3 Cleaning: Your printer has a built-in utility for deeper cleaning. You can typically initiate this from the HP app on your PC/phone or from the printer's control panel. Sometimes, running the process a second or third time (Level 2 or Level 3 cleaning) can resolve stubborn clogs.

• Perform a Printhead Alignment: If the cleaning seems to help slightly but print quality is still off, running the Printhead Alignment utility (also in the HP Smart app or from the printer's control panel) can help.

• Check for Air Clogs: Since the Smart Tank uses ink tubes, an air bubble can sometimes block ink flow. If you are comfortable, there are manual printhead cleaning kits and methods online (often using a syringe to gently clear air/ink) but be very cautious as improper use can damage the printhead.

If all software and cleaning attempts fail, the printhead needs to be replaced.

You will need to identify if only one or both are causing the problem. However, it is often recommended to replace them as a pair for optimal results.
