Product: Office jet 6600

Hello,

My printer was sent via package from where it was being used to me and tsa took the entire printhead out, I purchased ink but realized it was the entire printhead. But there is no way of me reaching customer service because it wont create a ticket.

The printers warranty is expired but i just want to purchase a printhead or whatever the piece is that the ink cartridges go into. 

Please help. Thank you
