RINTHEAD MISSING – HP Smart Tank 7602

I’m now on my fourth HP Smart Tank 7602 in just one year. HP has repeatedly sent replacement printers, yet every single one has developed the exact same hardware issue.

Now printer #4 is once again displaying "Printheads Missing," and HP’s solution is for me to buy another one. After four printers with the same failure, that’s hard to accept.

I’ve already tried every troubleshooting step and software fix I could find. At this point, it appears to be a recurring hardware problem rather than a user or software issue.

Has anyone found a real solution to this problem, or experienced the same issue with the Smart Tank 7602?

The error displayed says Printhead(s) Missing. I have tried every possible fix to no avail.
