Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

Hi. My Envy 5055 is printing blank pages is now out of warranty. I've reset the printer and tested the ink cartridges (all showing full). The printer is online and ready. I've also updated the software. But pages are coming out blank including if the status and quality reports.
