Re: COLOR LASERZET PRO M452DW

This printer recently started printing with a black strip at left edge of the paper. Why it is happening?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

I had posted this couple of months ago. One of the reply was to add a typical page with the mark. It did not bother me for a while and now I am aware of it. SoSAMPLE PAGE.jpg

The black strike on the right is my issue.

There should be an option to attach PDF to the mail. instead of a picture.

Take out the black toner cartridge and see if there is a stain or debris on the drum in the same location. Most single color defects turn out to be the matching cartridge having an issue. (ie black marks = black cartridge, magenta marks = magenta cartridge, etc). A new black cartridge will likely resolve the issue if you do not see an obvious problem with the black cartridge like a bit of paper stuck between the green drum and the body of the cartridge.
