HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

So, when I go to print a document, half the page is unreadable due to barely visible ink print.  When I use the HP Print and Scan Doctor  and do a test print, the test print barely prints anything at all.  Yet, when I click "evaluate print," it says my ink levels look good.   When I press to clean the printer or align the printer, nothing happens.  It says to please wait while process is finished, but 2 hours later and nothing has happened.   Can someone help?

Note: I've done this so many times that I got an email saying "You're getting close to your total available plan pages."   Test prints should not count towards allowable plan pages.  Thanks.

Anyone have any suggestions?  It still won't print despite ink levels being okay (see above).
