I have a recurring issue with my printer HP officejet pro 6960 it is printing pink instead of blue. Below is a list of things I’ve tried:
1. Printer maintenance multiple times
2. Changed all cartridges 3 times
3. Cleaned print heads via app and manually
4. cleaned out ink gunk from right hand side
I have no idea what to do next this has been a recurring issues for a number of months and I cannot rectify it, I’ve searched for someone to look at it but there is no where. I stay in the UK and use my printer most days averting nearly 300 pages a months.
