HP126nw

I have bought the HP 126nw printer from Amazon on 25th August. Initially it was good enough to print and copy the pages with clarity no darker no fader. But within one month now all pages are getting whiter even if the darkness is high. Print and copies are not showable at all. What's the issue. Printer is under warranty period. I need hp support staff to come and see the product. Please help.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Print a cleaning page

  1. From the printer control panel, press the Setup  button.

  2. Press the arrow buttons to select Service, and then press OK.

  3. Press the arrow buttons to select Cleaning Page, and then press OK.

  4. Load plain, white paper when you are prompted.

  5. Press the OK button to begin the cleaning process.
