Hi @Printing1122,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 2630 All-in-One Printer is printing blank pages, it could be due to issues with the ink cartridges or the printer setup. Here are steps you can follow to troubleshoot and fix the issue.

Check Ink Levels

  • Open the HP Smart app or printer software on your computer to check the ink levels. If the ink levels are low, replace the ink cartridges.
  • If ink levels are fine, proceed with the steps below.

Reinstall or Reseat Ink Cartridges

  • Power on the printer and open the ink cartridge access door.
  • Wait for the cartridges to move to the center of the printer.
  • Gently remove each ink cartridge and inspect them for any protective tape. If you see any tape, remove it carefully (but do not remove the copper contacts).
  • Reinsert the cartridges firmly, making sure they are correctly seated.
  • Close the ink cartridge access door.

Run a Printhead Cleaning

  • Go to the printer software on your computer (HP Smart or HP Printer Assistant).
  • Find the "Printhead Cleaning" option and run the cleaning process. This helps resolve ink flow issues that could be causing the blank pages.

Print a Test Page

  • Print a test page from the printer settings to check if the problem is resolved.
  • If the page prints with clear text and images, the issue is likely resolved. If it's still blank, continue troubleshooting.

Align the Printer

  • After inserting new cartridges, align the printer to ensure proper ink distribution.
  • This option is available under "Maintenance" in your printer software.

Check for Clogs

  • If the printhead is clogged, ink will not be applied to the page. You may need to run the cleaning process multiple times.
  • Manual Cleaning: Take a lint-free cloth, lightly dampened with water, and gently clean the printhead (the part that contacts the paper) and the copper contacts on the cartridge.

Reset the Printer

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source for about 1-2 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Try printing again to see if the issue persists.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
