My printer is sending out blank pages whenever I try to print. I checked the ink levels and have plenty of ink. I am guessing that the printer heads are dried out. See, the printer is somewhere that I can't access it due to a disability so I have to have someone turn it on when I want to print. Afterwards, they haven't been shutting it off completely. I think I remember reading somewhere once that could be a problem. I don't print very often at all so it can be weeks in between print jobs. Is there a way to fix this problem? Could it be something else?

 

I ran a cleaning twice and the pages are still blank. Really don't know what to do now. I'm not too tech savvy. Somebody please help!

I understand that the printer is printing blank pages.

  

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
