Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Prints blank pages, from my computer, from alignment page, from scanner.  I have run cartridge cleaning tool 10 times, replace black ink but still no print.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.  

  • Are you able to make copies from the printer?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
