HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 1115 Printer

Hi,

Hp customer supporton

 

I have a HP DeskJet Ink advantage 1115 series

My warranty is over.

 

I have been facing this issue with my printer where my printer is printing blank pages.

The error started with printing spaced lines,

Like prints one like then other line blank then prints the third line.

Now though the printer does not print anything at all.

 

I wanted to know what this issue is.

Your customer care number is so ocmplicated.

There is no direct number i can call and talk to a technician.

 

Please look into this issue.

I have ink in my cartridge

 

Perhaps the ink is clogged or dried up

Yes, dried if not used a long period.
