@_392Daniel_, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer printing blank pages!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your printer prints blank pages even though it's connected properly, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

For Inkjet Printers:

Check Ink Levels:

Print a Test Page:

  • Press the information button on your printer to print a test page.
  • If the test page is blank, proceed to cleaning the printhead.
  • If the page prints correctly, check print settings.

Clean the Printhead:

  • Load plain white paper in the tray.
  • Open Settings or Setup menu on your printer.
  • Select Tools or Printer Maintenance and then Clean Printhead or Clean Cartridges.
  • Run the cleaning tool up to two more times if needed.

For LaserJet Printers:

Check Toner Levels:

  • Replace any low or empty toner cartridges.

Print a Test Page:

  • Press the information button on your printer to print a test page.
  • If the test page is blank, proceed to print a cleaning page.

Print a Cleaning Page:

  • Instructions can be found by searching "poor print quality" documents on HP Customer Support.

Check Print Settings:

  • Ensure correct color, paper type, paper size, and quality settings are selected.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
