Product: HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer

Printing blank, then hollowed font, then blank again. Printed alignment paper, but no instruction.

Also, not allowing any assistance if your warranty runs out is total garbage service. NOT ONCE have I NOT had trouble printing ONE document. I resolve to just going to FedEx most of the time. I have had no positive experience with HP thus far. I am only here because I feel stuck with this garbage printer. Let's just get this over with.

Additionally, HPSmart says everything is just fine, as always, when it obviously is not. What a joke.

I changed ink cartridges yesterday and my black stopped printing.  I spoke with HP support yesterday and made several adjustments to printer. However it was still not printing black ink. 

This morning I tried a print head cleaning one more time, then printed a test print.  IT IS  NOW PRINTING IN BLACK and all the other colors.  I don't know why ot started printing black - but I'll take it
