Hi.  I work in China and just bought this officejet two months ago.  Yesterday there was a paper jam and after I cleared it, no ink is coming out (black or color) although the paper feed through just fine.  Because I'm in China, I can't exactly call on anyone or visit the HP store easily.  Please help.  I'm pretty desperate.

I understand the printer is printing black pages.

 

To assist better-

 

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 

 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .

  2. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic Page prints.

 

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further. 

 

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Print Quality Issues

 

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
