Hi @KTSA,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP LaserJet Pro P1102 is cutting off part of the page, here are some troubleshooting steps to address the issue.

Check Paper Size Settings:

  • Make sure the paper size settings in the printer driver match the paper size you are using. Go to your computer's printer settings and verify the paper size settings.

Check Printer Paper Tray:

  • Ensure the paper is loaded correctly in the tray and the paper guides are aligned properly with the paper size.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Outdated or corrupt drivers can cause printing issues. Go to HP's website and download the latest drivers for your printer model, or try reinstalling the existing drivers.

Check Print Preview:

  • Before printing, check the print preview to see if the page appears cut off there. This can help identify if the issue is with the document settings or the printer itself.

Adjust Page Margins:

  • Sometimes, adjusting the page margins in your document can resolve issues with parts of the page being cut off.

Perform a Printer Calibration:

  • Your printer might need calibration to align the print correctly. Check the printer's manual for instructions on how to perform a calibration.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. Firmware updates can fix bugs and improve printer performance.

Inspect for Paper Jams or Obstructions:

  • Check inside the printer for any paper jams or obstructions that might be affecting the printout.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
