Product: HP DeskJet 3755
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have one older HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 that would not print on vinyl.  I was advised to purchase the HP DeskJet 3755.  Well, it isn't doing a bit better than the older one.  The ink won't dry, even after hours of drying.  The quality is weak and very bubbly looking.  Almost exactly the same as the other printer.  What might I be doing wrong? Thanks for any

It ONLY supports Plain paper, Matte Brochure Papers, Glossy Brochure Papers, Photo papers, Envelopes, Other specialty inkjet papers.
