Printing double letters, crooked, alignment does not match file.

Printer started printing crooked and printing double text. I have tried aligning my printer and cleaning the cartridges and it's still not working. I've tried troubleshooting applications and have found nothing wrong. No error messages.

I understand that you are getting print quality issues, follow these steps to fix the issue.

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

Meanwhile, Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page

1. Load plain paper into the input tray.

2. Search Windows for your printer model name, and then click the printer name in the list of results.

   HP Printer Assistant opens.

3. Click Maintain Your Printer.

4. On the Device Services tab, click Print Quality Diagnostics Page .
