Product: HP OfficeJet 3831 All-in-One Printer

My colour printing is faded. I emailed HP thinking I needed a new cartridge, but they said no there was ink. Probably less than a quarter. Went away. I have now ran the clean cartridge heads at lead 10 times, they must have dried up. What do I do, HP support will say I don't need in, but I can't run it down  because it's not printing properly, any ideas. Thanks

I have cleaned many times to no avail...spent over $80.00 at Staples a month  ago for new 902 cartridges and still faded colors. Predominantly pink.  I am in Real Estate and embarrassed to present my print outs!
