Product: HP Photosmart 6520

Reinstalled printer.  Worked fine then ink faded.  Installed new compatible cartridge.  Worked fine a few times, then ink began to fade badly with new cartridge.  Now when printing, the paper feeds through but no printing sound, and no images on page.    When making copy, sounds like it's printing but no images.   I  tried suggested fix - disconnecting power cord from printer and wall, reinstalling cartridges.
