HP Recommended

I have a HP printer 8035.  I installed new cartridges from a cheaper vendor and now it prints only red/pink.  Thinking it was the cartridges, I purchased new cartridges from a previous vendor that I dealt with and had no problems.  It still will only print in red/pink. 

I have aligned, cleaned, cleared from using the setup tools control panel.  No change.  I have even unplugged.  What else can I do?

Please advise.

HP Recommended

It's the printhead, no matter how many ink cartridges you install you will have the same issue. The new printhead will cost close to 50% of new printer if not even higher.
