HP 3755
Chrome OS

Good day,

I am having issue printing on my HP3755 printer. My pages are not fully printing. Only the left quarter of the page is being printed. I checked the page setup margins, paper size and printing settings and everything seems to be in order. I am only using color (Blue) for these prints and it is working me hard. I am just wasting ink.

Can anyone assist?

Welcome to the HP support community.

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

Meanwhile:-

Run a Print Quality Diagnostic report

Use a Print Quality Diagnostic report to check if the printhead or ink cartridges need to be cleaned or if there is an alignment issue.

  1. Load plain white paper in the tray.

  2. Print the report.

  3. Printers without a touchscreen or menus: Go to 123.hp.com or your app store to install the HP Smart app. Click the picture of your printer on the home screen to open printer management options that include the report.

If that does not print fine, follow the below steps:-

Run the automated printhead or ink cartridge cleaning tool

Clean the printhead and cartridges to resolve print quality issues including incorrect colors, streaks, and faded prints.

  1. Load plain white paper in the tray.

  2. Run the cleaning tool.

    • Click the picture of your printer on the home screen to open printer management options that include the cleaning tool.

  3. If the page that prints have defects, the printhead might be badly clogged. Run up to two more cleaning cycles.

Let me know how it goes.
