Product: HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hello,

 

 I have a HP ENVY 6000 All-in-One Printer series and it will not print my pages/labels straight, they all come out crooked. I have attempted to align the print heads several times and it does not seem to fix the issue. It was printing fine for months and suddenly it started to do this. Have not had the printer for more than 6 months so not sure what the issue could be. If anyone could offer some suggestions for fixing the issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Does this happen on copies too?

Yes it also happens when I do copies.

The firmware is up to date and the problem still persists.

Did you try the steps from the document? Do you've another set of inks with you?
