Printing is double/blurry

My printer has recently started printing blurry, like the text is doubled. I have tried cleaning print heads and aligning them with no improvement. When I place a clear page on the glass and copy it, the text comes out clear, not blurry, but when printing from my phone it is blurry/doubled.

If the copy from glass is good then it's nothing wrong with the printer, something on the computer/smart device is causing you issues.

It does the same thing (blurred/double print) whether I print from my phone or computer…any suggestions?

Something driver related if the copy is fine.

I recently had new Ink in the post, and since then the print is blurry, especially noticeable with labels with barcodes.  Is there anyway to ask the printer to clean itself?  It is a HP Deskjet2600.
