Hello I’m having a printing issue when I tried to print a black-and-white photo from my phone, it prints out a blank piece of paper instead of the photo I’ve Tried cleaning where the ink placers are and resetting the printer and no photos

Hi @Eacevedo1987 

For your Photosmart 6510 printer, sometimes the ink is dry inside the printer and needs cleaning.

 

Please follow steps from the next video to do some cleaning:
