Hello everyone,
I am having issues with a printer.
We had to replace the fuser last week, as it was wornt out and not working properly anymore.
Now we have run into more problems:
- Black splotches and streaks on the front AND the back, even when only printing one sided. The splotches sometimes are irregular but most of the time they are along two bands. Printing cleaning pages seems to resolve/minimize this issue for a short time.
- Chevron like, reocurring spots of white.
I am worried that something went wrong during the fuser replacing. I tried calibrating the colours, changin the paper weight etc, but nothing seems to work. I am thankful for any help you can give me.
