Product: HP DeskJet 1212 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I HAVE AN HP DESKJET PRINTER 1212
THE PRINTER PRINTS ONE PAGE AFTER TURNING ON BUT AFTER ONE PAGE WHEN I TRY TO PRINT ANOTHER PAGE THE PAPER COMES OUT PRINTED INCOMPLETE AND IN HP SMART APP IT TELLS THAT YOU HAVE CATRIDGE PROBLEM SAYING THAT THE CATRIDGE IS NOT ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR PRINTER
I TRIED TAKING OUT THE CATRIDGES AND CLEANING THE COPPER HEADS BUT IT PRINTS ONLY ONE PAGE AFTER THAT IT CAN'T.
I HAVE BOUGHT THIS PRINTER 6-8 MONTHS AGO AND I AM USING THE ORIGINAL CATRIDGES WHICH WERE PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCCT WHILE BUYING
PLEASE KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
