Printing issues

Hi! I'm trying to find some solution here because I really don't know where else I can find them. I'm making stickers at home, so I do have special mat paper for it. I used them for a little while already but now it's been a month that nothing works well. I don't know why but the printer is taking the sheet, but as it starts to print, it doesn't slide forward. So, either my drawings are cut off on top of the sheet, either they're staggered to the left of the sheet, or sometimes the sheet comes out blank. It worked perfectly well before, I didn't change anything in the printer, nor the paper I use. And the printer does print very well with other type of paper. Does someone know where the issue comes from?

I am having problems printing in color too. Did anyone learn how to fix?
