I changed my ink today and once again my images are coming out with fate lines. i cleaned printer head, i alignment, i did test prints, i did diagnostic, i tired every thing. powering off, restarting printer, reconnecting to wifi, restarting my computer. nothing has worked, ive been trying all day i have over a 100 pages printed to prove it. i have not had this problem before with past printers i dont understand hp is suppose to be a great quality printer. now the printer is not printing black ink. im really thinking its time to trash the printer all together. its been a year in a half of this issue.
