I've gone through a few threads about this issue and can't seem to find a solution. My first prints were fine and centred with the white "boarder" even all around. Then I started having connection issues with the printer. Reset the printer a couple times because the prints continued to be "searching for printer" for a very long time. Once that seemed to go away, the prints and printing more to the top left; leaving a larger white boarder around the right and bottom. Tired restarting again, did a "reset" and connected the wifi again. Tried printing from Photoshop, Acrobat and HP Smart. Also, the screen seems to have a defect with a line of stuck pixels.
I have only printed a few things with this over the last few months but these issues have just happened in the last 2 weeks.
Extremely frustrating. I've never had so many problems with a printer before.

Hi @mlewicki,
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that when you try to print, printing off center. I'd like to help1
Are you facing the same issue while making a copy?
Did you try to print from a different application?
If the copy is working fine, Check the print settings on a computer with Windows.
- In the software application, you are trying to print from, click File, and then click Print.
- The Print window opens.
- Open the Properties dialog box.
- Depending on the software program, the button might be Properties, Options, Printer Setup, Printer, or Preferences.
- Depending on your print job, you might consider modifying the following settings:
- Paper Type: Select the appropriate type of paper, such as photo paper, plain paper, or labels.
- Print Quality: Increase the print quality from Normal or Draft mode to Best.
- Paper Size: Select the correct paper size for your print job.
- After changing the print settings, click OK to apply the settings, and then click Print.
If the issue persists, Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to fix the driver issue.
