Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

New HP Deskjet 3755. Installed HP app on Android. When attempting to print PDF from app, it only prints outline of text (went into settings and modified quality to auto, draft, normal, best...same results). Connected to my laptop (Windows 11) and now it's only printing blank pages. Have been troubleshooting and searching online for help but no success.

HP Recommended

I've done the recommended manual restart and update of printer firmware. Still have same issue.
