Hi I have an issue and I have changed the cartridge and performed a cartridge clean to the maximum tries and also performed a cartridge alignment. I have also checked the ink and there are no blockages. I have still pink streaks on just the blue ink mainly in bands of blue. It doesn’t happen on blue in writing or some blue pictures it just seems to be on bands of blue like a block title. Ive had this issue for a long time and sadly I’ve not been able to diagnose it or resolve it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I understand that you are getting print quality issues.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
