I've had a problem with pink colour on every picture i've printed, since my last shipment with ink came. I have instant ink subscription, and it has been a problem since i got the last one in February. I've tried rinsing it on the printer, doing everything i can in the settings on the printer. I've been doing this multiple times now, and nothing helps. It keeps on printing with pink.

Hi @MariaDanmark,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're experiencing consistent issues with a pink tint in your prints, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem. Here's a guide to help you address this issue.
Check Ink Levels:
- Make sure that the ink cartridges have sufficient ink levels. You can check the ink levels from the printer control panel or from the HP Smart app.
Clean the Printhead:
- Many printers have a printhead cleaning function that can be accessed through the printer settings. Run the printhead cleaning utility to clear any clogs or dried ink that might be causing the issue.
Align the Printhead:
- Some printers have an alignment function that ensures the printhead is correctly aligned for optimal printing. Check your printer's manual on how to perform a printhead alignment.
Update Printer Drivers:
- Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause printing issues.
Check Paper and Settings:
- Verify that you are using the correct type of paper for your printer, and check the paper settings in the printer driver. Incorrect paper settings can affect print quality.
Inspect and Replace Ink Cartridges:
- Remove the ink cartridges and inspect them. Check for any protective tapes or covers that might still be on the cartridges. If everything looks normal, try replacing the ink cartridges with new ones, especially if the problem started after you received a new shipment.
Color Calibration:
- Check if your printer has a color calibration option. Calibrating the color settings might help correct any color-related issues.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Firmware updates can sometimes address printing issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
