Hello, and thank you for your help.
I have a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477 printer, I've had for about 15 years or more. It's always printed perfectly. Yesterday it started printing what looks like upside-down flying saucers down the left side of the page. There are 5 of them evenly spaced 2" apart. They are 1-7/8" wide and 3/8" high in the center which tapers off to nothing on either side of the bulge. I thought it might be the cartridge rollers and tried cleaning them, but it didn't make any difference. Can anyone offer a solution? Thank you very much. You can address me as Marty.
Sincerely, Lednarb
