HP Page Wide Pro MFP 477dw

When I print multiple page documents, my printer sometimes prints a page with a jagged horizontal line at the top or bottom of the page and the words on that page are distorted and don't line up.  This will randomly happened only when it is a document with several pages.  (SEE IMAGE)  I have already cleaned and aligned my printer.  I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the printer.  I have also updated the print drivers.  Any other thoughts on how to fix this issue?Untitled.png

I have several MFP477dw, all of those which have 2042B firmware (Nov 11, 2020 automatic updates) have the same issue.  The Problem doesn't appears when printing from the same computer(s!!) to those with 2012A firmware (March, 2020 update).  The computers I have are Windows 10 64bit V1909.

Comparing mine with the OP, the jagged lines appear EXACTLY the same, this opt out the possibility of printer head/ink alignment issue, more like certain PCL contrl scripts got treated as printout.  Sadly, I couldn't find the previous firmware that I can downgrade to.
