HI @Mahendra_26,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

1. Improve Printing Quality

  • Check Toner Cartridge: Ensure the toner cartridge is properly installed and has enough toner. If it’s low or empty, replace it with a new one.
  • Print Quality Settings: Access the print settings from your computer:
    • Go to Devices and Printers (Windows) or Printers & Scanners (Mac).
    • Right-click on your printer and select Printing Preferences.
    • Adjust settings like print quality to "Best" or "Normal" instead of "Draft."
  • Clean the Printhead: Use the printer's maintenance features to clean the printhead. This may be available through the printer's software on your computer.
  • Print a Test Page: Print a test page to see if the issue persists. This can help identify if it’s a specific document or a general printing issue.

2. Troubleshoot Panel Buttons

  • Power Cycle the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 1 minute, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes reset unresponsive buttons.
  • Check for Software Updates: Make sure the printer firmware is up to date. Check the HP support website for any available updates.
  • Inspect for Physical Obstructions: Look for any debris or physical obstructions around the panel buttons that may be causing them to stick or not respond.

3. Perform a Factory Reset

  • If the issue persists, you may consider resetting the printer to factory settings. Refer to the printer’s manual for instructions on how to do this.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
